Use Contact with the page address and a short description of the issue. Include a primary reference when available. Use “Report unsafe or inaccurate advice” beneath a community answer to send a private moderation report.
What happens next
An editor should check the claim, the underlying source and the guide’s safety limits. Advice with a credible immediate safety concern should be withheld while it is investigated. A substantive correction should include a dated note explaining the changed advice; spelling and formatting fixes need no invented revision history.
A report does not automatically establish that a claim is wrong, and submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome. No corrections are claimed here before any have actually been made.
